AIRVENT anti-siphon ø13-32 mm
When the cooling water injection point is less than 15 cm above the waterline, the cooling system may siphon water through the intake when the engine is switched off. Water can siphon into the exhaust system and even into the engine itself. This can be prevented by using a Vetus anti-siphon. AIRVENT anti-siphons are available with a valve (AIRVENTV) or with a hose (AIRVENTH) ø13/19/25/32 mm Mounting bracket available to facilitate installation on surfaces covered with sound insulation.
