Temet 26 stainless steel propeller shaft

The very high mechanical strength of the Temet 26 allows it to be used in a smaller diameter than an equivalent standard shaft. Made of 316L stainless steel, it therefore saves costs by reducing the scantlings of the stern tube and of the hydrolube bearings. - High-strength duplex stainless steel - Outstanding corrosion behaviour in seawater All our shafts are supplied as standard with: - ISO taper - Fitted key - Metric thread - Straightness: 0.08mm - Machined at one end only (coupling side left unmachined)
