Catalyst

The catalyst for inflatable adhesive is a high-performance hardener designed to enhance the properties of solvent-based adhesives used in the marine environment. It significantly improves heat resistance, long-term durability and behaviour in damp conditions. Compatible with PVC and neoprene adhesives, it optimises the quality and durability of bonds on technical materials. Function: improvement of bonding performance Effects: increased resistance to heat, hydrolysis and ageing Resistance: moisture, UV, marine environment Recommended dosage: 5 to 10 % by weight in the adhesive Pot life: 6 to 8 h with PUR adhesives 4 to 6 h with CR adhesives Use: mix with the adhesive before application
