Galvanic isolators
Leisure craft as well as commercial vessels deserve to be fitted with good protection against galvanic corrosion. This corrosion occurs as soon as the boat is connected to the quay through the "earth" cable. The isolator is installed directly behind the 230 V connection of your boat. CE Marine-ISO 8846. The galvanic isolator prevents electrolytic corrosion. It blocks low-voltage DC currents entering your boat through the earth wire of the shore power supply.
