Featuring a high-torque motor, a compact shape and an ultra-light, highly ergonomic housing, the LH 19E is one of the most efficient and manoeuvrable rotary polishers on the market. Thanks to its light weight and efficient shape it is the state-of-the-art polishing solution for many industrial sectors such as automotive detailing, bodywork repairs and marine and industrial finishing. ROTARY ACTION A rotary disc turns on a central axis at maximum speed applied at the edge of the pads. Rotary movement tends to be the most invasive movement on the surface, which generates considerable friction and heat, and can lead to burns, burn-throughs and scratch marks related to the rotary action if used inappropriately. In the hands of a skilled technician, a rotary tool has the lowest vibration levels of any tool movement, but it takes some time to learn how to use the tool correctly. Rotary movement is the most commonly used movement for polishing operations. ANTI-VIBRATION LOOP HANDLE A revolutionary loop handle allows the user to grip the polisher firmly at different angles in order to guarantee precision and stability during the polishing process. The soft grip material and the special shape absorb and disperse vibrations, which improves comfort and protects delicate surfaces. The new loop handle is included as standard with all the tools. ANTI-VIBRATION SIDE HANDLE A soft side handle reduces vibrations during polishing and makes the polisher easier to control. With its new shape and its special materials that absorb and dissipate the machine's vibrations, the handle can be added on either side, to suit the user, and it is included with the DLX polisher kits. 9 METRES OF ELECTRIC CABLE The new extra-long 9 m industrial electric cable is designed to deliver maximum power to the polisher in order to guarantee efficient and safe operation. This longer cable saves time, steps and hassle. ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL DIAL A new speed control dial allows the speed to be adjusted for special applications. The dial has large numbers and a click that signals the speed change, and it is easy to reach for adjustment during polishing. PROGRESSIVE TRIGGER The LH19E offers an additional level of control with the progressive trigger. The trigger, which acts like a throttle, allows the operator to control the speed within the range of the dial in order to obtain the exact speed required and to adjust it quickly as needed without interrupting the work.
