Penetrating, insulating rust inhibitor applied directly over rust Penetrates down to sound metal while driving out air and moisture. Forms a flexible, insulating protective film. Withstands + 175°C. Additive for oil-based paints, varnishes and wood stains Thinning: 25 % per litre for the first coat, or 50 % if the substrate is smooth or porous. Makes alkyd paints, varnishes and wood stains rust-inhibiting. Improves their application. Replaces thinners: does not evaporate. Increases the covering power of topcoats. Bonding primer for all substrates Undiluted for the first coat. Adhesion on all smooth substrates: glass, PVC, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc. Allows aluminium, galvanised steel and zinc to be coated without etching. Decorative appearance Preserves the rusted appearance of substrates while protecting them.
