Silic One

Hempel's Silic One is a high solids, biocide-free "Fouling Release" coating. A thin silicone-based hydrogel layer provides a smooth, low surface tension film that prevents marine organisms from attaching to the hull and propellers. The service life of Silic One on the hull is 2 years. Suitable as a "Fouling Release" system for boats in fibreglass, steel, aluminium and plywood. For use below the waterline. Can be applied over an existing antifouling using a specific process.
