Glass mat fabric for lamination

Always tear the glass mat to soften the joins. Gives a flexible surface. The glass mat is saturated with resin once it no longer shows any white areas (air bubbles). The folds can be smoothed out two minutes after the resin starts to act. It is used as a first layer behind a thin coat for moulded parts and as a final layer for overlays. Polyester resin consumption: approx. 0.9 kg/m² for a layer approx. 0.9 mm thick. Polyester resin consumption: approx. 1.2 kg/m² for a layer approx. 1.2 mm thick.
