The HR1E hydrostatic release unit allows the automatic release of the EPIRB distress beacon in the event of immersion, ensuring rapid activation of the distress signal. It guarantees an effective response even in extreme sea conditions. Automatic activation between 1.5 and 4 metres depth thanks to a hydrostatic mechanism. Designed for category 1 float-free brackets (Float Free). Mandatory replacement every 2 years from commissioning.
